SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
1. All retail customer within Thailand ordering 3 pieces or above shall receive free shipping via Kerry shipping services.
2. All wholesale customer shall be responsible for cost of shipping.
3. Customer outside the border of Thailand shall be responsible for cost oof shipping.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. You have 14 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 14 days of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, leggings and lingerie.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first for approval.
5. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
6. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-OM products .
7. Returned items will only be exchanged no refund will be issued.
8. Customers will be charged a 5% restocking fee.
Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
Return Address
Please contact our Customer Service if you wish to return any items to the nearest return address. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
